50 Years of Planting Trees - The history of Earth Day and the related movements

We planted a tree in front of my elementary school, PS2 Queens, when I was in 6th grade for the first Earth Day 4/22/70 and I would periodically go back on Earth Day's and photograph it through the years. They have since cut it down to build a handicap accessible ramp :(

This is what the tree looked like at different stages

About a month before the Pandemic, I conceived a documentary film entitled 50 Years of Planting Trees - http://50YearsOfPlantingTrees.com - The history of Earth Day and the related movements.

I will be filming and collecting material and footage and project releasing it on or before 4/22/2020. That may have to be postponed now :(

Coming soon - In the meantime, please check out our other documentary films

I have conceived of, and written a lot of documentary films, sometimes as many as three a week.  This is in addition to the many other commercial, narrative and TV series work I do.

I've also written several narrative films and a few TV series, but they can't be discussed here.

Interested in picking up one or more of these properties? Mark
